Founded by a trainer who has sat on both sides of the table
Jen Study was founded by Jenitha, a soft skills trainer and placement officer with hands-on experience on Dubai and American projects.
That experience shaped a simple conviction: communication and leadership are the two skills that decide how far anyone goes — and they can be taught, at any age, to anyone willing to practise. So Jen Study was built to develop them across every stage of a career, not just at the point someone is job-hunting.
Because in today's world every individual — in school, in college or in a corporate role — needs strong communication and leadership skills to grow, lead and succeed.
