Shipping & Delivery Policy

Jen Study sells training and career services. No physical goods are shipped, and there are no delivery or courier charges at any point. What you buy is a seat in a batch or a set of one-to-one sessions, delivered as set out below.

1. Confirmation of your enrolment

• You receive an application number on screen the moment your form is submitted.
• Payment is verified on our server against the gateway. Once it clears, a confirmation is sent to your email and WhatsApp — normally within a few minutes, and always within 24 hours.
• If you do not receive it within 24 hours, contact us with your application number and we will resend it.

2. Online batches

• Joining details (meeting link, timing and trainer name) are sent to your registered email and WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the first session.
• Sessions run live at the scheduled time. Where a session is recorded, the recording is shared with the batch within 48 hours.
• You need a device with a working microphone and a stable internet connection. Speaking practice is the point of the course, so a microphone is not optional.

3. Classroom batches

• Classroom training is delivered at 65, Ramanuja Nagar, United India Nagar, Ayanavaram, Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600023, India.
• Your batch timing, start date and reporting instructions are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp before the batch begins.
• Please arrive ten minutes early on the first day and carry your application number.

4. Study material

• Digital worksheets, question banks and practice material are emailed or shared through the batch group as each module begins — there is nothing to download before your first session.
• Where a program includes printed material, it is handed to you in the classroom. We do not post material to home addresses.

5. One-to-one services

• Resume building and career guidance are scheduled with you directly, usually within 2 working days of payment.
• A finished resume is delivered within 2–3 business days of your consultation. LinkedIn text and the written career roadmap follow on the schedule agreed in your sessions.
• Resume packages include a cover letter and up to three rounds of revisions, so the document is not considered delivered until you are happy with it.

6. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued for programs that include one, after you meet the attendance requirement and complete the final assessment. It is emailed as a PDF within 7 working days of completing the program; a printed copy can be collected from the centre on request.

7. Delays

If a batch start is delayed — usually because the minimum number of participants has not been reached — we tell you before the original start date and offer the new dates, another program of equal value, or a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
