These terms govern your use of https://jenstudy.com and your enrolment in any Jen Study training program. By enrolling, you agree to them.

1. About us

Jen Study is a training and career development provider based at 65, Ramanuja Nagar, United India Nagar, Ayanavaram, Chennai, Greater Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600023, India. We deliver soft skills and communication training, resume building, career guidance, placement training, placement assistance and corporate training — online and in classroom batches.

2. Enrolment

• Enrolment is confirmed only after we receive your completed application and, where applicable, the program fee.
• Every application receives a unique application number (for example JEN-2026-00001). Please quote it in all communication with us.
• You must provide accurate information. We may cancel an enrolment based on false details.
• Batch allocation depends on availability. We will confirm your batch timing by phone, WhatsApp or email.
• We may reschedule a batch start date if the minimum number of participants is not reached; you will be offered the next batch or a full refund.

3. Fees and payments

• All fees are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the relevant course page. The price shown is the final price — there are no taxes, service charges or hidden extras added at checkout.
• Jen Study is registered as an MSME (Udyam) and is not registered under GST. No GST is charged on any program, and invoices are issued without a tax component.
• A 2.35% service & payment gateway fee is added at checkout. It covers what the payment gateway deducts on the transaction, is shown on the course page and itemised on the payment screen before you pay, and appears separately on your receipt.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and wallets are accepted.
• A payment is treated as complete only after our server verifies it with Razorpay. A message on your screen alone is not confirmation.
• Discounted prices are valid only while displayed on the course page.
• Where a program is offered in instalments, the schedule will be given to you in writing before you pay.

4. Refund and cancellation policy

• Before the batch starts: you may cancel and receive a refund of the fee paid, minus payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%).
• After the batch starts: fees are not refundable, because seats are limited and reserved in your name.
• Batch transfer: in genuine cases (medical, exams, relocation) we will transfer you to a later batch at no extra cost, subject to availability, if you inform us in advance.
• If we cancel a program: you receive a full refund of the fee paid, or a transfer to another program of equal value — your choice.
• Duplicate payments: if you are charged twice for the same application, tell us and the extra amount will be refunded in full.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

5. Attendance and participation

• Communication, group discussion and mock interview sessions depend on your participation — attendance matters more than in a lecture course.
• Tell your trainer in advance if you will miss a session and we will arrange a recording or a catch-up slot where possible.
• Certificates require the minimum attendance stated for your program and completion of the final assessment.

6. Certificates

A certificate of completion is issued for programs marked as offering one, after you meet the attendance and assessment requirements. Our certificate records the training you completed with us; it is not a degree, diploma or statutory qualification, and it is not an offer or guarantee of employment.

7. Placement support — what we do and do not promise

• We provide preparation and support: aptitude training, resume review, interview practice, mock interviews and guidance for applications.
• We do not guarantee a job, an interview call or a salary. Hiring decisions belong entirely to employers.
• Any institute promising guaranteed placement should be treated with caution — we will not make that promise.

8. Course materials and intellectual property

• All materials, worksheets, question banks, recordings and content are owned by Jen Study.
• They are for your personal learning only. Reselling, redistributing or publishing them is not permitted.
• Recording our live sessions without written permission is not permitted.

9. Code of conduct

We expect respectful behaviour towards trainers and other participants. Harassment, discrimination, disruptive conduct or sharing another participant's recordings may result in removal from a program without refund.

10. Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with any program is limited to the fee you paid for that program. We are not liable for indirect losses such as missed opportunities, loss of income or examination outcomes.

11. Website use

• Content on this site is provided for information and may change without notice.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, scan or gain unauthorised access to the site or its data.
• Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
